Policies

  • We are a pet friendly inn -There is a $25 to $35 fee per night per pet
  • Children welcome – $25 fee per night for extra persons beyond two
  • A deposit of one night or half of a multi-night stay plus tax is charged at time of booking.
  • The balance is payable upon check-in.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
  • A service fee of $45 is charged for all cancellations.
  • 1-night minimum stay.except for holiday and peak summer and fall weekends when a two-night minimum stay is required.
  • Due to insurance restrictions, only paying guests may use house and outdoor areas.
  • Maximum stay 30 nights
  • No smoking in the Inn. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. $500 charge for smoking in the inn
  • 5% discount for AAA and AARP
  • 10% discount for Come Back Rewards guests
  • 5% discount for military, firefighters, police, and first responders.
  • Only one discount or special may be applied per visit.
  • All Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
  • No refunds given for departures due to acts of mother nature I.E. electrical outages
  • Check in is three pm and check out is eleven am there is a full nights charge for any late check outs not approved by inn keepers
